The paper studies the nonlocal \(r\)-perimeter of convex bodies in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) and the associated Minkowski-type problems. For a measurable set \(K\subset\mathbb{R}^n\), the nonlocal \(r\)-perimeter is defined by\N\[\N\operatorname{r\text{-}Per}(K) =\int_K\int_{K^c}\chi_{\{|x-y|<r\}}\,dx\,dy,\N\]\Nwhere \(r>0\) is fixed. The author introduces two finite nonnegative Borel measures on \(\mathbb S^{n-1}\), the nonlocal perimeter measure \(F_r(K,\cdot)\) and the nonlocal cone perimeter measure \(G_r(K,\cdot)\), and derives their variational formulas with respect to Minkowski and logarithmic variations of the support function. A local limiting relation between \(F_r(K,\cdot)\) and the \((n-2)\)-th area measure is also established as \(r\to0\) for convex bodies with sufficiently smooth and positively curved boundaries.\N\NThe paper then considers the Minkowski problem of prescribing the nonlocal perimeter measure. Using an Aleksandrov-type variational method, it is shown that, for a nonzero finite Borel measure on \(\mathbb S^{n-1}\) which is not concentrated on any closed hemisphere, there exists a convex body \(K\) containing the origin in its interior such that\N\[\N\mu=cF_r(K,\cdot),\N\]\Nwith an appropriate normalization constant \(c\). The corresponding logarithmic Minkowski problem for the nonlocal cone perimeter measure is also considered. Under the strict subspace concentration condition\N\[\N\frac{\mu(\xi_k\cap\mathbb S^{n-1})}{\mu(\mathbb S^{n-1})} <\frac{k}{n}, \qquad k=1,\ldots,n-1,\N\]\Nfor every \(k\)-dimensional subspace \(\xi_k\), the existence of an origin-symmetric convex body satisfying\N\[\N\mu=cG_r(K,\cdot)\N\]\Nis obtained.
