Dixmier traces generated by exponentiation invariant generalised limits (Q744410)

The authors generalize the Lidskii formula \(\mathrm{Tr}(T)=\sum_{n\geq 0} \lambda(n,T)\) to the case of the Connes-Dixmier trace of an operator \(T\) in the Dixmier ideal \({\mathcal M}_{1,\infty}\). In particular, such a formula holds for the so-called exponentiation invariant generalized limits \(\omega\), involved in the definition of the Dixmier trace.
