The parameter insensitivity of the closed-loop poles \(\sigma (A+BF)\) while (A,B) varies with parameters \(p_ i,i=1,...,q\) is considered. Sufficient conditions for the parameter insensitivity are established. The feedback matrix F can be found by solving a series of appropriate linear equations. An observer design procedure is given.
