A detailed study of operator ideals defined by the transformation of vector-valued sequences is given by the authors in [Monatsh. Math. 183, No. 3, 415--435 (2017; Zbl 1434.46026)]. In the present paper, the authors characterize the duals of a quite large class of Banach operator ideals of that type.
