In this article, the authors study and characterize a class of frames named generalized exponential systems with non-linear phases. They give numerous strong results during this work. The paper mainly presents non-Linear Phase functions properties under specific Cantor and Lebesgue measures in multidimensional settings. The research makes a good efforts in trying to use technical methods in order to obtain an orthogonal basis for $L^2(\mu)$. To clarify the subject some concrete applicable examples has been presented. It also describes some unsolved problems and sheds some lights on future works. Overall, I found the paper to be quite interesting and generally well-written, well organized and the proofs are accurate.
