An \(n\)-dimensional complex algebra can be seen as a point in \(\mathbb{C}^{n^3}\) simply by considering the structure constants relative to some basis. In this way, nilpotent, anticommutative \(n\)-dimensional algebras form an affine variety (w.r.t the Zariski topology) and \(GL_n(\mathbb{C})\) acts over it (by changing bases) with orbits representing isomorphism classes. In this paper, the authors provide a complete algebraic and geometric description of these algebras for \(n=6\). Namely, they determine all the isomorphism classes and study the dimension and the number of irreducible components of the corresponding variety.
