Let \(p,q\in{\mathbb R}\), and let \(K\subset{\mathbb R}^n\) be a convex body containing the origin in the interior. The \(q\)th dual curvature measure of \(K\) is defined by \[ \widetilde C_q(K,\eta)=\frac{1}{n}\int_{\boldsymbol\alpha_K^*(\eta)} \rho_K^q(u)\,\mathrm{d}u\] for Borel sets \(\eta\) on the unit sphere \(S^{n-1}\); here \(\boldsymbol\alpha_K^*\) is the reverse radial Gauss map and \(\rho_K\) is the radial function of \(K\). Following ideas of \textit{E. Lutwak} et al. [Adv. Math. 329, 85--132 (2018; Zbl 1388.52003)], the authors introduce the \((p,q)\)-th dual curvature measure by \(\mathrm{d}\widetilde C_{p,q}(K,\cdot)= h_K^{-p}\mathrm{d}\widetilde C_q(K,\cdot)\), where \(h_K\) is the support function of \(K\). The following Minkowski-type theorem is proved. Let \(0<p<1\), \(q>0\), and \(q\not=p\). If \(\mu\) is a finite Borel measure on \(S^{n-1}\) whose support is not contained in a closed hemisphere, then there exists a convex body \(K\) such that \(\mu= \widetilde C_{p,q}(K,\cdot)\). This theorem supplements several earlier contributions to generalized Minkowski problems. The proof uses a variational approach to solve the discrete case and then employs approximation by polytopes.
