The authors analyze mathematical properties of the two-dimensional Schrödinger operator with both the Aharonov-Bohm magnetic field and electric field. In particular, they study effects of the magnetic field on the related propagator at the large time asymptotics. They point out the diamagnetic effect i.e. that the presence of magnetic field increases the decay rate of the propagator in the considered case.
