Spectral and arithmetic structures in aperiodic order (Q776402)

The paper is a survey of some recent results of the authors devoted to aperiodic tilings. A special emphasis is given to the problem of diffraction spectra of aperiodic structures: purely point diffraction spectra for weak model sets under some natural conditions and examples of aperiodic structures with some types of mixed spectra. Some lattice enumeration problems are also discussed. The paper does not contain proofs of the results but it provides references to them. For the entire collection see [Zbl 1416.60012].
