The authors introduce the notion of dual Orlicz curvature measure and obtain a solution of a Minkowski problem for the introduced measures, i.e., for the dual Orlicz-Minkowski problem. \par Given a nonzero finite Borel measure $\mu$ on the unit sphere $S^{n-1}$ and $p\in\mathbb{R}$, the $L_p$-Minkowski problem asks whether there exists a convex body $K$ such that $\mu$ is the $L_p$ surface area measure of $K$. For $p=1$, this is the classical Minkowski problem for the surface area measure of a convex body. The authors summarize extensively the known results for the $L_p$-Minkowski problem and its generalizations. \par The introduced notion of dual Orlicz curvature measure is as follows: Let $K$ be a convex body with the origin in its interior and let $\varphi:(0,\infty)\to(0,\infty)$ be a continuous function. The dual Orlicz curvature measure of $K$, $\tilde C_{\varphi}(K,\cdot)$, is given by \[ \tilde C_{\varphi}(K,\eta)=\frac{1}{n}\int_{\alpha_K^*(\eta)}\varphi(\rho_K(u))du \] where $\eta\subset S^{n-1}$ is a Borel set and $\alpha_K^*$ denotes the reverse radial Gauss image on $S^{n-1}$. By taking $\eta=S^{n-1}$, the dual Orlicz-quermassintegrals $\tilde V_{\varphi}(K)$ (introduced in the paper under review) are obtained. For $\varphi(t)=t^q$ the $q$-th dual curvature measure introduced in [\textit{Y. Huang} et al., Acta Math. 216, No. 2, 325--388 (2016; Zbl 1372.52007)] are obtained. \par The authors study the dual Orlicz-Minkowski problem for functions $\varphi$ being strictly decreasing and satisfying an integrability condition. In this case, the obtained condition on $\mu$ to be the dual Orlicz curvature measure of a convex body is not to be concentrated in any closed hemisphere.
