Ellipsoidal techniques for reachability analysis
From MaRDI portal
This paper deals with the computation of reachable sets and tubes of linear control systems with time-varying coefficients, and hard bounds on the control. This computation is done using ellipsoidal approximations. The interesting point is that such ellipsoidal approximations may be expressed through ordinary differential equations with coefficients given in explicit analytical form. The authors explain that their method can be used also for reachability problems for hybrid systems. For the entire collection see [Zbl 0934.00029].
